DrSmart (Smartsound Ultrasound) has represented Esaote North America ultrasound equipment for the past 10 years in the fields of Endocrinology, Otolaryngology and Cytopathology.

At Esaote North America, we believe that technology is not truly state-of-the-art unless is serves real world needs. We understand the demands of today's clinical environments, and we continue to develop MRI and ultrasound systems that are user and patient-friendly, ergonomic and affordable. Our systems are designed to increase productivity and improve overall patient care.

In the U.S., Esaote ultrasound systems employs approximately 80 people, 40 of which work in the Indianapolis facility. The remaining individuals are scattered throughout the country and consist of sales consultants, field service technicians and clinical ultrasound application specialists.

In conjunction with marketing ultrasound machines and MRI systems, Esaote North America is a recognized leader in ultrasound education. Classes are held monthly at the education center located here at the Indianapolis facility. To date, more than 6,500 medical professionals have benefited from our education program.

Esaote North America continues to develop innovative medical imaging systems, incorporating the latest technological advances.
