Return Policy

In the event you are not satisfied with your DrSmart product, simply return the product within 10 days of receipt. Sterile products must be unopened and all products must be in original packaging to receive credit. Defective products will be replaced. Special order items are non-refundable. Non-defective returns are subject to a 40% re-stocking fee. Please call to request a Return Authorization Number before returning any item to insure proper credit.

1. Every Order: CALL to receive a RETURN confirmation number to ensure proper credit. 1-888-DRSMART(377-6278)
2. Time given on all returns: 10 days
3. Packaging: All products must return to Smartsound Ultrasound in original packaging.
4. Sterile Products: MUST be unopened.
5. Special Orders: Special sales and orders are non-refundable products.
6. Defective Merchandise: Defective products will be replaced without cost.
7. NON-Defective Merchandise: 40% restocking fee for products returned non-defective.
8. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from on all returned items unless the wrong item was shipped by Smartsound Ultrasound.
